In Portland, I used to run my own DNS, maybe I should start doing that again. When your own DNS messes up, you can flush its cache and restart it. Then all subsequent requests will be recached.

It reminded me of being in court in a matter with my ex-wife where she had lied her ass off and my attorney asked the shrink later if she had lied, and his response was “No, she just told the truth in a selective fashion.”
