I have so far not had any issues this week. But I can always get on with my phone if I turn WIFI off and use data, or by using TOR (or probably some other VPN.)
I don’t understand why an HOA -- which is in many regards a small business -- would suddenly choose to treat another small business which performed a difficult project in a satisfactory manner the way they have…but I’m sure they have their reasons.
Very glad that Jim was willing to walk away from the prospect of a $250+K project, given the circumstances.

Yes Sir, long ago. I was either a fast food manager or working in a plumbing warehouse as an order filler or as receiving clerk, unloading truckloads of plumbing parts. It would be about 50 years ago. I dressed that way every day.
The cat is purring loudly, in and out. He is gently touching my face with his paws and has drops of drool on both sides of his mouth. That was common, he was VERY happy and affectionate. We got him as a large kitten. Some jerks had him as a toy for their dog. He was bloated with worms and his head and neck were covered with scabs from the dog biting him. He looked like a troll and was quite homely, but took him to the vet, took him home, and he was the most friendly and affectionate cat. He liked everyone but took to me especially. He looked better as he matured but still had a different look from the females we had. He was also a real clown, he fit this stereotype. We should have called him Lenny,
Mass shooting last night in Miami -- it’s amusing that officials characterize it as “gun violence” instead of the more accurate “gang violence”.
“I am at the scene of another targeted and cowardly act of gun violence, where over 20 victims were shot and 2 have sadly died. These are cold blooded murderers that shot indiscriminately into a crowd and we will seek justice. My deepest condolences to the family of the victims.”
Always blaming the tool and never the tool holder.

We’ve been having a a quiet, lazy weekend thus far, which CorporateToolK and I both needed.
JimCo’s letter to the “HOA from Chelm” (Chelm being a legendary town of fools among Joooz) was reduced to a very terse, profanity-free communiqué with which I’m reasonably pleased. It makes our position -- and displeasure -- quite clear; we’ll see what happens next.
