I made some pulled pork with green sauce. Well… I thawed some that I made a while back. I tend to keep it in the freezer. I’m having it for breakfast this morning with some Irish oats. (The two go well together.)
I thought of that presentation some years ago. But for some reason I decided to photograph it. I could have smoothed the edges out, but … well… enough is enough, I thought.
I’d never have thought of combining pulled pork chilii verde with Irish oats, either. I’m a bit intrigued…
Also concur with Sven re the presentation; you’ve got brekkie “up teh yin-yang”, dontcha? 😉
I don’t ever recall hearing of Rodney Alcala, either; criminy.

My new amp is the Centerpoint Stereo Spacestation V.3. One of the inventors -- Aspen Pittman -- was the guy behind Groove Tubes (among other products). You can find many long threads about it on various keyboard-oriented forums, which I found very informative / useful.
Here’s a brief explanation by Pittman about how the Spacestation works (don’t know why the video starts about halfway in, but you can fix that):
I’ve paired it with a small powered subwoofer (Behringer B1200D) as the additional cost seemed worth it to me re my small Ultranova synth, left-hand Hammond “bass”, etc. Also got a Radial Engineering Key-Largo, which is a good little “Swiss Army Knife” tool for my live / studio audio connectivity needs.

Because somebody must love cats, Tatum celebrates his fifth anniversary of living with us -- here’s his first picture when he was just a wee little thing.
Sven -- in re Olympic 10m air rifle -- they do use iron sights. The rear sight is a diopter aperture sight, the front is a globe sight, usually with a concentric circle insert.
It’s interesting that according to many pundits and politicians that if you don’t vaccinate then 1) whatever happens to you re:covid is on you, and 2) by not doing so, you are endangering your fellows.
Quite the opposite from when discussing illegal drugs and addiction. In that case, personal responsibility is out the window and they never mention how many died procuring their cocaine.

Long ago I had a black and white female. Very sweet but quite chubby.
She had white socks but not the riding boots. He looks quite dashing.
