Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Greetings from CasaK, Home of the World Famous Brenda’s Dryer!

We’re going out to MamaK’s today to celebrate FTR’s birfday.

Not looking forward to tomorrow when I have to draft two critical letters in response to HH-A HOA’s bullshit.

I am utterly furious with those money-grubbing, venal assholes; I’ve woken-up in a nearly homicidal rage the past several days. (Not hyperbole.)

I want revenge.

Happy Sunday, GN.

I hope, Fatwa, that you’ll enjoy a relaxing day amongst friends and family.

A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!

Mac -- excellent thread pic! I’m trying to save energy by drying my manners on the line, but I couldn’t find any clothes pins, so their scattered about the yard at the moment. I think they’ll need to be re-washed.

Fatwa -- I’m sorry you’re having to go through this carp. As Sven said, I hope you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing time amongst family and set aside these problems for the day.

Off to church. C y’all laterz!

Morning Gerbils. Off to church for me too, I guess. Harper staying home I guess.

Fatwa: I truly know how you feel. I even had one of “those” dreams last night. On a side note, I remember feeling that way at school. This is when you realize that you’re surrounded by commies and it’s not fukken joke. It’s real. These people are real and they’re all over the place.

I hope you enjoy your day of leisure and celebration.

Sven: I guess I was aware that your eye was not improving. I’m so sorry, I’m praying for a “Dr. House” that can figure it out, or even a miracle wherein it just spontaneously heals this week.

Paddy: Enjoy church yourself. I hope everything otherwise is okay.

And to all of you, I’m still so sorry I was absent for so many years.

Good afternoon, dv8 (and Harper!)!
I hope services went well. We’re back to being required to wear masks inside, but no social distancing. I wouldn’t mind it if it wasn’t just so much kabuki theater.

Don’t worry about the past -- we’re glad you’re here in the present.

As Paddy, says, you are here now. Thanks for the prayers -- I just need to know what to do and what to expect. Hopefully this guy, who comes highly recommended, will provide some perspective and insight that my regular guy hasn’t been able to come up with.

I read that Biden said America can’t be in the nation building business in regards to Afghanistan, but isn’t that exactly what Harris has proposed to fix illegal immigration? That we have to invest tons of money and resources in those countries to the south of us so that their citizens have no need to migrate north?

It’s also funny that Biden is blaming Trump implying that somehow Trump tied his hands about withdrawing the troops by such and such date. As if this guy hasn’t met a Trump order or policy that he hasn’t immediately reversed. Except in this case. Right.

Truly. And I feel like a leftist couldn’t do it “right” in any case. These Xhole countries need to dump whatever socialism they have adopted and embrace the free market. That is the only thing that will get them past their Xhole status. Mexico should be one of the richest countries in the western hemisphere especially now that it can deal with parasites (the microscopic kind, not Leftists)

As I understand it, Mexico long ago nationalized its police force. I believe that this is what the left wants to do in OUR country. It led to mass corruption in Mexico, as I understand, and it will no doubt do the same here if that ever happens.

And if you think it can’t then you should read the history of how our automobiles became state property. I’m not saying I agree or disagree with what was done, but only that the way federal, state, and local laws were circumvented and dodged in order to make it happen should serve as a lesson that whatever CAN be done WILL be done if enough people want or allow it.

My last thought for today on Afghanistan. As much as I liked and admired George Bush, especially in the days and months after 9/11, he showed that he wasn’t above criticizing Trump at times. I wonder if he has the balls to speak about what’s happening in Afghanistan. After all, he’s the one that got us there 20 years ago. Is this the ending you envisioned, President 43?

I don’t know what to say about any of that. Going in was a mistake, possibly… possibly not. Pulling out is going to leave a mess. Why would we announce that we are pulling out? Seems pretty dumb. Like the demented president, who seems to have no idea what is going on.

In other news, I have finally managed to install the Monero (XMR) mining software along with the wallet software that Monero.org provides.

I have to host a Monero node in order to mine so as soon as my monero daemon is done syncing, I can start mining. I’m unlikely to find a block myself unless I join a pool, but either way I’m going to see how it all works.
