Maybe because it reminds you of some drunk telling an unbelievable tale, who keeps interjecting, “No, seriously guys!” into the story.

I talked to my coworker.
She did not have Myocarditis.
She had Covid.
So the RNA shots are very effective, evidently.
Also that probably means she was in the process of getting sick for the last week or so while at work.
That’s two people around me who have had covid, but apart from a sore throat in January, or was it February, 2020 I haven’t had any ill effects.
Harper and i haven’t been tested for the antibody, but we probably both had it as at the time of my sore throat, she got pretty sick.
But…. who knows.
That’s good news for your friend. Maybe you and Harper should get an antibody test?
