Good morning. Believe it or not, I’m not yet done with the route. Just a drive by saying hi. I’ve got a few hours left to go.

The Mail really took me until about 3 am this time.

Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Kitteh Cowboy salutations, GN!

Hiya dv8 (and Harper!!1!) --

Sorry the Even Bigger Big Route took so long; hope you can get some rest today.

===================

As was sorta expected, the SoCal rains made for a busy JimCo day yesterday; still playing catch-up today.

Glad for the opportunities, but…

Good morning, Dv8 and Fatwa -- Hope by now, Dv8, the route is done. Glad that our rain is making you guys some bucks, Fatwa.

As they say, another day, another dollar.

I just got in. Harper went with me for the last bit.

Thursday may be even worse. Unless the papers are small and manageable.

Linux Rob is coming to visit me soon. He says he may be able to fix the labeling machine from hell. That would make my job much more bearable. And he could make some money while he’s here to help pay for his trip.

I’m told we’re going to dinner with in-laws this afternoon, so I’d better get to sleep.

I can’t stay awake anymore, anyway.

Night everyone.

Happy Rocking Kitteh Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, dv8 (and Harper!), Fatwa, and Sven!

dv8 -- I hope you get some rest and don’t get too burnt out driving the Even Bigger Route.

Fatwa -- that’s the downside to the roofing business -- when we get heavy rains, you get swamped.

Hey…. wasn’t I just going to sleep???

Well, The mail takes forever now, and it’s too big to fit in the work car along with the big route, so I have to take the mail separately, also, most of the time. Hopefully, Our sick carrier will be back in another week. This is really starting to feel like too much for one go.

At least next paycheck will be a big one. (If I survive)

So that’s good at least.? ? ?

Only in the mind of leftists does this make any sense. It doesn’t solve the problem, it doesn’t penalize the group that made the problem, and it brings more $ into the govt’s coffers.

We’re #1!!!!!

https://californiaglobe.com/articles/california-ranks-1-for-highest-gas-prices-in-nation/

The national average price for a gallon of gasoline rose six cents over the past week to hit $3.38, according to AAA. California has the highest average cost for regular grade gas at $4.54 a gallon, $4.745 for mid-grade unleaded, $4.871 for premium unleaded, and $4.684 for diesel.
While the average price for a gallon of regular gas is already high at $4.54, drivers are paying as high as $8.49 in some California cities. Hawaii is second to California at $4.292 per gallon.
Oklahoma has the lowest gas price at $3.020 with Texas at $3.040.

That makes me feel downright giddy that I was able to get gas for $4.09.

I’d feel better if they’d included some lube.

Well, Harper made a command decision and canceled our dinner, and let me sleep. But I was up in time anyway, but too late.

Gosh it’s so lonely up here.

I went to Bashas (AZ supermarket chain) had some chicken strips and a diet coke. just to be around some people. I didn’t talk to any, mind, but at least I was out there for a while.

It’s a start. Small steps are still steps.
