And didn’t some SUV (possibly named “Christine”) do something in Waukesha, WI a couple of weeks ago?
Also, isn’t some ex-actor on trial for filing a false police report?
I guess none of that stuff is actually newsworthy; very grateful we have wise, benevolent media gatekeepers to make sure we’re not distracted from what’s really important.

Good morning, Fatwa!
I went to a hockey game last night with a friend of mine. It was good to get out. Attendance was probably about 70%, but with lot’s of energy. Everyone seemed to be enjoying “a return to normal”, even is the government and media want to keep us in fear.
Fatwa -- there’s no time to cover those local news stories when the Omicron variant is rampaging across the country with mild-to-zero symptoms!
Woke up very early. Did Errands. Filled the Miserable water jugs. We have 28 of them!!!
Did a few other things.
Went to a friends house. Brought them some potato soup. Watched the Utah State vs. Washington State game. I hardly ever watch sports, TBH, but I have that pesky Y chromosome, so I can’t look away. It was pretty much a rout. Utah, won by a landslide. Which was good, because otherwise, my friend would have been in a bad mood afterward.

Yep, Ducks vs. Flames. Great game. 3-3 after regulation play, no score in the 5 minute 3-on-3 OT, then the Ducks lost it in the shoot-out.
