Poor Jim did a lot of schlepping yesterday to look at leaks, so I have much admin stuff to do today. That’s a “yay, but” for me; OTOH, it’s opportunity.

Heh. I’ve not forgotten what azzholes the SCAQMD were to deal with 14 years ago when JimCo was set-up for insurance fraud. Their inspector pretty clearly understood what was being done to us but didn’t say doodly-squat in any of his documentation.

Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
We had lots of rain and wind, yesterday, but this morning it’s just cold. Hopefully things will dry out a bit before the next storm. Seeing pictures of all of the runoff flowing through the LA river reminds me how little Gov. Nuisance and his predecessor, Brown-the-Lesser did to increase water storage capacity in the state.
Fatwa -- I hope a lot of good comes out of this storm for you and JimCo.
Taking a quick break from JimCo duties (and waiting for some clarification re a couple of proposals).
Jim’s leaving Friday to visit his daughter and her family in TX and won’t be back in SoCal until Christmas day. Since it starts raining out there again next Tuesday and will continue at least until the 25th, his timing sort o’ sucks.
Oh, well…Merry Freakin’ Christmas to me. 😉
