Presents have been opened and breakfast consumed. We’re sitting by the fire, listening to Christmas carols and reading books. Who could ask for anything more? Later, my SiL and her family will be over, along with my MiL, for dinner.
Well. Once again awake. All ready for Xmas. I’ll probably be cooking something for Christmas. Probably Potato soup, as it’s been an Xmas tradition for many decades.
At home, I might refer to him as “Fringey Flag Dave,” But that might be too esoteric a reference to make any sense to very many people.
“Fringey Flag” is sort of a reference to a conspiracy theory trope that says that the gold fringe on the flag in courtrooms is ominous and significant in some fringey flag kinda way.
