Today -- well, more likely tomorrow -- we should find out if the HH-A HOA delivered a check to Mr. Lawbaw’s office. (Technically, the check was due by yesterday, but after a full year of this bullshit, what’s another 24 hours, right?)
Meantime, I’ve been educating myself re the CA “definitions” of all the actionable charges which were stated in our nastygram, in anticipation of filing a Demand for Arbtitration. (And what those various damages might “realistically” be worth -- if anything -- in arbitration.)

Jerry is saddened by all the hate for DST. If up to me, we would be on DST 8 months and double DST for May, June, July, and August. There, take that, you haters!

As we celebrate this week “two weeks to flatten the curve” Ukraine is reminding me more and more of covid. I don’t trust anything I read or watch from the media and I expect, like with covid, America’s response is going to be more troublesome than the actual war.
Day two of the conference is in the bag. I had a good lunch with our CFO/HR Director over some issues that touch on the intersection of both of her jobs. I’m trying to keep my one direct report from quitting at the end of the month and sticking things out through the rest of the school year. I can’t really hope for much more than that.
Two organizations were holding back-to-back evening events, but I’m just too tired to do that right now, so I decided to head home and try to get to bed early.
