Well, they’re folks who are (ostensibly) trying to help Brenda, so I thought I’d err on the side of caution / good taste for a change. (Although I did ask them if there was a “Little Husband’s Room” I could use…’cause I’m me.) 😉
Today is Brenda’s first chemo treatment; we’re due at the doc’s office at 10:30.

I could bitch about my upcoming day and weekend, but it’s considerably less serious than what you all are facing, so I will just wish you the best and say a few prayers.

dv8 (and Harper) -- safe travels today. I hope you can stay overnight so that your day isn’t such a marathon. Prayers for a good outcome.
Fatwa -- I hope today goes well for both you and Brenda. You’re venturing into the unknown and I’m sure there’s more than a little trepidation involved.
Sven -- I hope your day and weekend go better than expected.
I see that some locals are commemorating the 30 year anniversary of the “LA Uprising” better known as the Rodney King Riots. Anyone that calls it the “LA Uprising” can get fucked. They were riots, pure and simple, that left more than 60 people dead. I agreed with the jury verdict at that time and still do.
well, I’m home. I can sleep 3 hours before we have to go.
