Jim sent me a boatload of pics from yesterday’s HH-A HOA inspection overnight. Among other things, those PsOS are trying to gaslight us.
We’ll need to talk to lawbaw about how to respond, as I’ve already thought of multiple options and we need to choose one which will be legally helpful to our cause. (Bonus points if it also pisses them off and costs them more time and money prior to whenever we get into arbitration.)
I’m so enraged about it this morning I’m no longer thinking “Marvin Heemeyer / Killdozer”; I’ve shifted to “DoJ / Branch Davidian Compound” mode.
