Dreamt about HH-A HOA (which I’ve been doing at least once a week for over a year); I’d very much like to brutally mangle three individuals from that shithole.
We will be going to mediation prior to arbitration per their (perfectly legal) request…even ‘tho lawbaw has already made it very clear we’re not backing down on anything. (Their atty. is a partner in his firm; suspect he’s just padding his bonus for this year.)

dv8 -- I hate it when a scheduled tradesman doesn’t show up for an appointment. I understand that appointments can run longer than anticipated, but telephones have existed for quite some time, making it easy to notify your next customer of the delay.
Fatwa -- it sure sounds like the attorney for HH-A HOA is attempting to run up his bill. Glad you don’t have to pay it!
Well…assuming we prevail in arbitration. Which we should, but I have very little faith in the whole system at this point.
It’ll be interesting to learn how much stuff HH-A has held back from / prevaricated about to their attorney; we suspect several things. We’ll see what comes out in the waste-of-time mediation.

Not sure what happened with dishwasher guy, but I’m guessing since I was last on his list for the day, he probably ran late.
I have to do some web stuff today.
I’ve called the dishwasher guy a few times, but I haven’t gotten through yet except to his voice mail.
I also cut a couple of dreads this morning. I don’t want them growing past my beltline.
