Jack Tatum refuses tuna -- don’t know why. He refuses all manner of table scraps and wet cat food -- the only wet cat food he will eat is this bisque stuff designed for old cats. He doesn’t have any tooth or mouth problems -- eats hard treats and dry food -- but the wet stuff he takes a pass on.
BTW, Tatum’s eye injury is healing without a vet visit. Mrs Sven had been treating it, getting out all manner of pus and blood, but now his eye is open, no more swelling in his face, and he seems happy enough. Well, as happy as a cat ever gets.
Well. Last night’s shift felt like a long one, but really, it was about average. The dishwasher guy did come late last afternoon and the machine is humming along again!!
I did a bunch of cooking in the morning, and now I have way too much food in the fridge. I guess I’d better go eat some of it, because I just woke up after around 6 hours of sleep. I feel pretty good, i guess.
I decided to lament my inaction on my “side” projects on twitter yesterday. A very nice Grandma gave me a stern talking to.
For some reason, that was all I needed to actually do something. So I put up a rudimentary website up at curvy.com (take a look, you’ll agree that “rudimentary” is the correct word : ) And I contacted Sotheby’s I got an autoreply that said they’ll get back to me in a day or so. So we’ll see how that goes, I guess.

That’s good to hear! Treating a sick or injured cat often requires medical attention be given to the care giver.
He’s surprisingly good about that, altho he’s not suffered many wound or injuries especially when compared to our other cats. Knock wood.
