Toosday. Yeah.

Good morning, GN.

Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Drive-by:

Hai, Sven!

Yesterday was a “not so good” day for BK; hope today’s at least a little better. (Really hate there’s so little I can do…)

Aside from some minor changes (which were expected, as he got rid of sarcasm), lawbaw approved latest letter to HH-A HOA. Will revise and send.

Want to do terrible things to a few of the people there.

Hi, Fatwa -- sorry to hear that Brenda had a rough day -- here’s hoping today is better.

Happy Flag Day. Sadly, I had to remove my flagpole from the top of the boulder in our yard as it was anchored to a chain link fence pole and over the years the movement and pressure from the wind broke that pole.

Going back to the Kavanaugh assassination attempt, this article gives some details as to the logistics of how Roske got to the east coast:

https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-sister-of-the-would-be-kavanaugh-assassin-might-have-saved-the-justices-life

The article says he flew to the east coast, but not to which airport, and that his firearm and ammunition were in his suitcase when arrested.

I’m going to guess that his suitcase wasn’t carry-on luggage, but I wonder if he declared the firearm and ammunition as required by law or if he just checked in the bag. And I further wonder if he did declare the firearm, that when he took it out of his bag for inspection, if no one maybe noticed the other gear he was carrying and grew suspicious. And if not, why not? And if he didn’t declare his firearm, then does that highlight a possible airport security issue?

It also doesn’t speak well of those guarding Kavanaugh’s residence that a man getting out of a taxi at 1:00 AM, carrying luggage of some type, and wandering around the neighborhood didn’t arouse enough suspicion to warrant a chat.

The only reason this wasn’t a successful mission on Roske’s part is that he had a change of heart. Law enforcement did nothing except answer the phone.

Oh well. Lot of helicopter traffic a couple of miles from here -- LAPD pursuit through the mountains. The first part of this video has him going down Black Canyon into the valley -- that’s a nasty road.
