No response thus far to our latest HH-A HOA letter which was sent Monday of last week. I figure they’re deciding upon their next course of cunning hole-digging action. (Hard to comprehend why they continue to prevaricate so boldly; perhaps they don’t yet realize just how OCD my documentation is…)

I feel like such an outlaw today. I’m watering in the backyard with a rainbird sprinkler AND I did not separate my food waste from the regular garbage before tossing it in the trashcan.

Fatwa -- I’m sure your attorney would love to sit down with their attorney, lay out the evidence you have, and force a settlement, but their side is too stupid to realize the position they are in.

Hi, Paddy -- that may be what Roberts is doing, but if he does manage that, in light of the leaked draft, then that’s the end of the Supreme Court and perhaps the beginning of the end of everything else. It will confirm that mob action, the threat of violence, and actual violence trumps the rule of law. It was in our faces two years ago during the Summer of Love and “fiery, but mostly peaceful” but any changes from Alitio’s draft will be the last straw.
Went to Walmart this morning; several more grocery items have jumped 10-15% since I last purchased them. Since our economy’s already a mess, how much worse would it really be if someone glassed D.C.?

As I may have mentioned, the partner at their firm who was representing HH-A handed this case off to the JV team a couple of weeks ago. I strongly suspect there are some key facts the HOA has failed to disclose to their counsel.
I wish the American Arbitration Association would schedule the utterly pointless mediation, so we can at least get that shitshow out of the way.
