HH-A update: Got an email from lawbaw last night. Despite a phone conference late last week between him, opposing counsel and the mediator, HH-A missed paying their share of the mediator fee deposit by at least 24 hours. (It was due by Monday of this week.)
Mr. Attorney has asked the arbitration company to enter the default of the HOA, cancel the mediation and schedule arbitration ASAP.
