Hope your brother’s trip is uneventful -- except for a nice dinner -- both ways.
We had a little picnic yesterday with FTR and three youngest grands, since BK was feeling pretty decent and she wanted to see ’em but not be indoors. Fortunately, weather was tolerable.
She’s feeling “okay” today; hope the rest of the week’s like that so she gets a break before chemo on Friday.

I’m getting pretty fed-up with the lack of anything from the American Arbitration Association; I’m starting to think they’re a huge rip-off as well as being ethically deficient.
Jim did go by HH-A Saturday morning; the tenants in the fakey-pretend leak unit claimed to be out of town. Not sure what to think about that.
Teh bestest place ever is finally dropping their health insurance covid fine for those of us that refused to get the jab or provide documentation of same. That saves me $600 a year.
