BK Update: Yesterday was pretty cruddy; she was able to get -- and keep -- some food down, so yay! She’s asleep right now.
HH-A Update: Lawbaw sent copy of latest AAA doc from last Friday, which pertained to confirmation of arbitrator choice, scheduling pre-arbitration conference call between counsel / arbitrator and arbitrator’s availability dates. Lawbaw responded immediately; no response as of this writing from HOA’s forty-three attorneys.
Mediation finally appears to be off the table.
Best guess: They’ll attempt to drag out this process, just like they did with mediation. We’ll see…
It’s odd…they’re not behaving like victims of JimCo’s malfeasance as they claim to be. Go figure.
