The lefty talking heads are baffled as to why abortion isn’t, apparently, a bigger concern to women right now for next week’s election. I think they shot their wad early with the SCOTUS leak. It’s hard to maintain rage and to translate that into action the further you get from the initial event -- people get tired. Instead of four months of protests and rage leading up to the election, they got six months of it.
BK Update: Doing well today; meds are adequate for the discomfort. I’m in charge of her wound drain (emptying, measuring and recording the amount of fluid). Because I’m so immature, I keep referring to it as a “pusbucket’ (despite the absence of actual pus).
HH-A Update: This whole sordid mess will apparently never, ever be over. Too bad vigilantism is not an acceptable means of settling disputes…it should be.
