Tuesday I spoke with a couple of attorneys at the law firm that represents my charter school about both protecting my school if news of the lawsuit I’m in goes public, and referrals for an attorney to represent me. The good news is that under California law, my former employer is obligated to provide for my defense. That takes a huge load off my mind, as prevailing could still wipe me out financially, depending on how far the case goes.
Teh Younger got to LAX, through security, and onto his flight with no problems or delays. Now he just has a very long day to work through.
The float is coming along nicely, although we are struggling with lack of some materials.
