How white supremacy and anti-Asian hatred will be used by the media and pundits to describe an attack by a Chinese guy against other Asians during Chinese New Year celebrations will be difficult, but not impossible. More likely that will all be forgotten and it will turn to the evil guns that must be banned.

It appears the gun taken away from him in Alhambra at the attempted shooting was a Cobray M-11/9, which is illegal in California. Even though he never fired that weapon, I’m sure that’s where the focus of the story will be.
