Teh Older’s impending West Coast wedding has stirred us to make some long-planned improvements to our backyard (the reception will be in the backyard). We’ve added a small retaining wall that extends our yard about 30″, which helps block the view of the neighbors down the hill. Now we’re working on a deck. And by “we”, I mean the people I’m paying. The footings are definitely over-engineered, which I am all for. The footings down the slope are six feet deep. Because we can’t get a Bobcat in our backyard, they had to be dug by hand. Most of the rebar is in and we’re hoping the concrete can get poured this week.
They’re having two weddings, since there are close family members on both sides that couldn’t travel. Not being LDS I can’t comment on Mormon wedding traditions -- other than in jest with close friends.
If it’s truly 41,000 hours of actual video, that’s 5,125 8-hour mandays to watch it all.You could probably narrow it down to a 4-5 hour time period, which ought to reduce that 41K number, but still.
How would you even begin to go about a project like this?

Reading about the Project Veritas mess -- interesting. Thinking that a Steven Crowder -- James O’Keefe entity would be pretty cool.
Another winter storm heading our way -- temperatures 20-30 degrees below normal and even LA Metro is forecast to get a little snow.
