Thankfully, most coons nowadays can work remote and don’t have to wear ties.

Happy Friday, GN.

Happy Corporate ‘Coon Friday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven!

Most of the ‘coons I see around here are no longer wearing ties, and seem much happier for it.

Not too bad on The Big Route this morning. Snow was melting. I didn’t go up the canyon because I knew the only important stop up there I wouldn’t be able to easily get into and out of.

Apart from that, it all went smoothly.

I wore my crampons when I first got to the office, so I wouldn’t slip on any ice that might be around.

One of the drivers had his car get stuck in the snow, and I had to go pick him up on the highway. I guess he’ll sort things out today.

I didn’t wear my “stompy boots” on the route, instead I left my shoes on and wore rubber galoshes. kept my feet completely dry, and that was with stepping into six inch puddles. My Stompy Work Boots are not waterproof, so all in all, that was a pretty good solution.

When i got back to the office, I had to manually figure out my time card, because every few months the time clock starts printing random numbers. I don’t know how or why. But it gave me 80+ hours for Tuesday/Wednesday. Up until then, it was doing okay, so I had to add up my times manually. I think I probably got it right. about 63 hours was my manual total, which seems to be about what it tends to add up to these days.

That’s a lot of work, dv8!
Glad you found a solution to keeping your feet dry.
