You should give it a try. You’ll be served a bowl with broth, rice noodles, and meat and all the veggies come on the side, so you can add as much of the cilantro, green onions, Thai basil, jalapenos, etc. as you want.

A good bowl of ramen can be exquisite, just like a good bowl of pho -- and I don’t have either often enough.
