My mother’s birthday today -- she would have been 106. She did make it to 92. Happy birthday, Mother.
My mother lied about her age her whole life up until a few years before her death. As kids, we were told that she was the same age as my father, but it turned out that she was 8 years older. Not sure why she lied or who knew her real age, but I can guess. When my parents married, it was somewhat scandalous in the 1950’s -- a mixed marriage: Sicilian and Bohemian/Czech. If it were known how much older she was than my father, that would have added fuel to that fire.
I see the Last Refuge -- Conservative Treehouse is ripping DeSantis apart. Still all in on Trump. Whatever. If Trump wins the primary, I’ll vote for him regardless, but I’m hoping DeSantis makes some waves that might teach Trump a lesson.
How long before we have some Democrat woman come forward to claim Desantis groped her 30 years ago at some time and place she can’t remember? It seems to be the standard playbook for the Democrats now.
Maybe Biden will claim he witnessed it and saved her by beating him up?

I think DeSantis wouldn’t have jumped in this race without having a good idea on how to battle Trump -- curious to see what he does.
