I must have sat at my desk wrong for the past couple of days. Yesterday evening my back was in extreme pain. I was able to relieve it some with some stretching and back exercises, but it was a rough night. It’s still sore this morning and I’m going to try to get an appointment with the chiropractor.
Thanks, Mac. I’m trying to be more conscious of how I’m sitting and that seems to be helping. My back is just at a dull ache right now. My chiropractor’s office is closed today, so I’ll have to call tomorrow morning and see if I can get in.
It pains me to say it, but that’s a good looking cat.
