Driving around yesterday, I noticed our local gas stations have hit the $6 mark for premium gas. Per AAA, CA gas prices have increased $.50 per gallon for all grades over the last month.
In re gas prices: I use Gas Buddy to check prices at the stations I use most. They’ll also send you a message when prices at your favorite stations are up or down. For the past couple of months its been nothing but “prices at your favorite station are up”. Prices for the lowest grade gas are over $5/gal at all of my “low price” stations. Meanwhile, the Energy Secretary testifies to Congress that the administration is doing all they can to lower energy prices.
