The appointment for my root canal is this afternoon. I’ve dreaded dental visits since I was 8 and I’m trying to keep a positive attitude about this one. I’ll take ibuprofen before the procedure, then again afterwards to manage the inflammation and pain. We’ll see how it goes.
Thanks, Sven. I was able to meditate and doze off a bit during the procedure, which made it more bearable. The only pain during the procedure was having my mouth wedged open more than is comfortable. We’ll see how things feel after the anesthetic wears off.
