Long day trying to tie up loose ends with students classes and deal with the daily changes that are happening. I really need to get back in the habit of getting up every hour and walking/exercising for 5-6 minutes.
Back at work again. Successful Trip. Mostly pretty relaxed. Mayo was very efficient so Harper’s appointment was at 6am on Monday, a fairly brutal appointment time, and we were out of there and they were still serving breakfast at the hotel, The rest of the time, we visited with various family and went shopping. The Hotel, as mentioned, had breakfast, which wasn’t half bad. We had subway one night, ate at Mom’s another night and had pizza the next night. There were plenty of leftovers for the final night, so we just stayed in and went nowhere and did nothing.
Harper took her new tablet and I took my surface pro and we found plenty to watch and laugh at, etc. The TV in the hotel was just standard Dish Network, so we didn’t bother with it. The last time we went to the Mayo, our TV was internet enabled, so we were able to watch youtube on the big screen like we do at home, so that was kind of fun.
