Good morning, Paddy. I’m off to the wound doctor in about 20 minutes. This might be the last time, depending on how it is healing. It would be nice to be able to wash that leg in the shower, even if I have to still wear compression dressings afterward. The wound has been feeling pretty good, though there is pain from the vein procedure. It is not bad and I know it will fade soon. Fingers crossed.
I am back and not wrapped, thank you. We took some fruit assortments for the staff and Doctor there. So nice to just wear a compression sock. Looking forward to being able to wash it in the shower after three and a half months.
I’m not happy with store closures in our area. My pharmacy, Rite Aid, closed this week and now my hardware store of choice, DIY Center, is closing next month. I HATE Home Depot. I blame Trump.
Sure Happy It’s Thursday, Gerbil Nation!

Here’s hoping for a good report from the doctor, Mac! I’m glad you’re doing better.
Hoping that this is the last time!
Hope it went well, Mac.
I’m off to my school’s annual start-of-the-year retreat. C y’all later!
A retreat, eh? Have fun and stay out of trouble not like the last time. You know, that vodka and teh coons incident.
Paddy drinks this rancid tasting scotch. Laphroag.
It tastes like my foot smells.
They should hire Sydney Sweeny as their spokesperson -- “LapHroag -- it tastes like my toes.”
If her toes taste that foul, she should not admit it, or she should see a doctor.
The people at the Gerbilee were asking if scotch could go bad.
Brad’s just being a little more subtle about it!

I bet Mrs. Mac is happy about that too.
They were changing the dressing two or one time a week, but that is just not the same.
Seriously, glad you got this taken care of -- it was not going to get better on its own. Good on you for hanging in there.
Thank you, Sir. It just got worse for two months before I started going there. Everyone there was great.
