I ended up not going over to Teh Older’s new digs yesterday. He asked me to come over late this morning instead. Oh, and I need to add “light the pilot on the water heater” to the list. I tried walking Teh Older through the procedure on the phone, but either it wasn’t getting done right, or the thermocouple on the pilot is bad. We’ll see.
Dave Wyndorf makes me smile -- his lyrics rarely make sense but they always sound good. For instance:
Saw your face last night on the tube
Strong fine snake in a sucker’s vacuum
15 clicks and it’s time to say bye
15 trips and a love that won’t die
Altho aging like all of us, Monster Magnet is at the top of my band bucket list. This video shows them at their best -- being security for this show was probably not a walk in the park, but you have to love the crowd’s enthusiasm.
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!

Happy Sunday, GN.
Thread pic: That has to be the first ever featuring a potato.
How is the missus, Mac? Hope she’s feeling better.
Good luck helping out today, Paddy.
She is doing very well, thank you. It all looks good.
That’s a bit of alright.
It is a big relief for us both. Far too many doctors lately.
