Good afternoon, Sven!

I baked an old-fashioned loaf of white bread yesterday, so I could have a couple of turkey sandwiches before the leftovers ran out. Turned out pretty good, and much better than your standard grocery store loaf.

Next up, sourdough bread.

I’m impressed. I’ve tried making bread -- the problem mostly is lack of counter/kitchen space.

I’ve got my ciabatta recipe and technique to the point that I’m willing to share the results with others. I’ll make a batch of ciabatta rolls every other week or so, par bake them, and put them in the freezer. Then it’s easy to pull out a couple and have with dinner.
