I started watching the latest California Goober-natorial debate (on CNN!) and had to turn it off after 10 minutes. They weren’t even able to get through the first question (“Why should Democrats be given another 4 years?”) without interruptions, which lead to follow-up questions, which lead to more interruptions, which all devolved into blaming Trump. The only thing Antonio Villaraigosa has said so far (repeatedly), is that Steve Hilton won’t say that Trump lost the 2020 election.

My opinion was that Trump lost the 2020 election, but that it also wasn’t a fair election. My analogy is usually the 2001 Raiders-Patriots playoff game that featured the Tuck Rule that cost the Raiders the game and likely a SB win. The scoreboard confirms that the Patriots won the game, but the tuck rule was bs -- it was clearly a fumble -- and it should have been a Raiders win.
If the media/moderators want to play that game fairly with that question, they ought to ask if the dems covered up Brandon’s issues during his entire term. And every Republican ought to be prepared to answer that question.
