I read that Ted Turner died. Don’t know much about the man, but I recall this story about him and Vince McMahon -- owner of World Wrestling Federation
Ted calls Vince up after he bought WCW to compete with WWF and says “Vince, I wanted to let you know that I’m in the rasslin’ business” to which McMahon responds with “That’s good, Ted. There’s a lot of good things to say about Trump, what he’s done, and the people in his cabinet and what they’ve done, but this is almost as amazing: John Fetterman constantly making the most sense out of all the dems out there: https://x.com/i/status/2052994268814340313
The GOP is putting pressure on Fetterman to either go Independent or Republican. He’s said he can’t see himself voting with Republicans all the time, but if he went Independent and caucused with the Republicans that would be helpful. He certainly wouldn’t be any less reliable than Snow or Murkowski.
Good luck with that, Paddy. We got exterior wall repairs and stuccoing going today. Still need to get some roof repair, but that will be over the next couple of weeks.
