If California can’t be bothered to count votes in a timely fashion, they shouldn’t release partial results -- wait the month or however long it takes them and then announce the results. Are they so stupid not to see that even if this was all aboveboard that it doesn’t instill confidence in the process? Or they really just don’t care? Yes, I know: a stupid question. Of course they don’t give a f***.
