I’ve been trying to get more things done, earlier, today. I think I’ve succeeded. I’m making some pizza dough now for tomorrow evening. This is my first attempt at a NY style dough. We’ll see how it comes out.
Well, I’m not about to start out making Irish sausages (I can rarely find them locally and I’m not paying Amazon prices), although I do want to find a good recipe for onion gravy. It’s not quite the weather yet for Irish stew, but I will be making some this winter. Some pubs had some really delicious toasted sandwiches, but most pubs stopped serving food at 5pm. We learned that we needed to split a main course, otherwise there was just too much food.
