Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!

Thread pic: could sorta mighta be true.

I’ve been trying for a few days to install Windows in my new NVMe SSD. I’ve changed more settings than I thought possible, downloaded more drivers, created more boot USB drives and flashed the BIOS. All to no avail. According to AI, the answer is either that the Active State Power Management in my new drive is too slow to wake up, so the BIOS doesn’t see it, the drive is not seated correctly, or the drive is DOA. AI recommended either a Crucial P3 series or Samsung EVO, but I can’t find either in Gen 3. Gen 4 requires more power and that may pose it’s own problem.
