Hi Mac. I hope all is well with you and your bride. About my yard, I don’t mind the gerbil droppings, but I really must protest all the cat poop and the raccoon droppings. I can’t seem to walk anywhere without stepping in it.
Congratulations on the sale! I just checked Zillow and their database hasn’t caught up yet. Based on the quality of your home, I would expect more than their “Zestimate”. With two new homes, you should be able to stay busy with renovations for decades to come! And think of all the new neighbors who haven’t been exposed to your musical talents!
Actually, our agent, and his mother were the first ever to be exposed to my musical talents. He listed Holly Wood Heights as a private exclusive by appointment only for two days only. He sold it in 48 hours.
Sure Happy It’s Thursday, Gerbil Nation!

Good morning/afternoon, everybody! I sure do hope you’re all having a great day, ’cause you just know I am.
So, has anything happened over the last four years? Catch me up.
Nice to see you, Jerry. We have missed you as we play in your yard here. I hope you have been well.

Hey, Jerrie! It’s good to see you! I hope you are doing well. How’s the homestead? Have you terrorized/scandalized the neighbors recently?
What’s happened in the last four years? A little of this, a little of that, a lot of dreams, the occasional nightmare…
Howdy Paddy. I trust all is well with the long-suffering Mrs. O’Furnijur and the tykes and their brides.
Yep, everyone is doing well, thanks for asking. I hope your family is also doing well.
We just sold the house last week. Now we are scrambling to find homes in Florida and New Hampshire.
I know little of New Hampshire but the person I knew there liked it.
I hope you find something you like.
The Florida home will be the primary and the New Hampshire home will be used only in the summer (so small and cheap).

Excellent! Yours was a truly spectacular home, inside and out. And unlike others, very livable.
