It’s funny that Obama is concerned about that deep mistrust that some communities have concerning the police and authority.
Given the realities of the Chicago Outfit and CPD Torture Squad, that’s actually somewhat understandable.
The lesson for Americans is that this administration won’t take you seriously unless you riot, assault, loot, and burn.
Recent history suggests that’s not limited to the current administration.
Peaceful protests and letters to your Representative just don’t cut it.
That’s certainly true of our Rep. Rob Woodall. Both he and his Chief-of-Staff Derick Corbett have been rude and dismissive on multiple occasions; Corbett also outright lied to me during a phone conversation. Tar, feathers, rail; some assembly required.
The SFV’s expecting almost 2″ of rain during this “event”; probably won’t hurt roofing business. 😉
As re the media and right-leaning protests: they’ve vilified every single one of them by implying they were a razor’s edge away from violence…despite the fact that absolutely nothing untoward has ever happened at one. (Still angry about the CBC making a blatantly false claim of the word “nigger” being used toward several of them. Which I classify as “fake but accurate”, IYKWIMAITTYD.)
