They’re actually going to have to make their case to get rid of me or come up with a decent settlement.

Don’t forget that Justice Louis Brandeis said, “Publicity is justly commended as a remedy for social and industrial diseases. Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants; electric light the most efficient policeman.”
At the moment I favor a public apology issued from stocks in the public square as a starting point, but I know that will never happen.
I heartily approve of that concept (as I also have re public officials in the Rotherham, UK horror).

Slow morning. Went to a funeral last night for friend. Sad event. And it was at a Forest Lawn in Long Beach. Took me 2.5 hours to go 60 miles. Luckily got there just as the service was starting.

From what I’ve been able to gather from questions asked by the police and answers given by the district HR weenie, a female student accused me of taking a picture of her. I let the police look at my phone and they found nothing. The HR head has talked about grooming behavior. So, yeah, that’s the kind of carp I’m dealing with.
Paddy, I am absolutely appalled at your treatment by the school system and by the little bitch who made the accusation. If there is anything I can do, please, please let me know.
I hope all is otherwise well in the O’Furnijur household.
I finally got an email from the district. They want me to come in Wednesday morning for an interrogation (she actually used the word ‘interview’, but why quibble). Laissez les bons temps rouler!
