As Sven said, it’s hot and humid -- not my favorite combination.
I’m going to try to get some projects done around the house while I’m idled -- I’ve got some drawers for the kitchen to build and some things to put up for sale on ebay, some others on Craigslist. We’ll see how it all goes. It’ll help clear out the garage.

Loved yesterday’s thread pick, Mac and the pics it inspired from Fatwa. OTOH, the fishy pics . . .
I had a lovely Monday -- 8 plus hours of relearning the rules of hand washing and dangerous temperatures for food complete with the same videos I watched 5 years ago all while getting over a mild, but inconvenient,cold and a new employee cooked for only the second time at the Hall without me there. I can’t wait for my day off tomorrow. It includes an 8:30 am test.

Is that new shavings I smell?
We tried febreeze, but the smell of lutefisk and stale scotch was just too much.

Teh only difference between the fragrance of old lutefisk vs. old gefilte fish is the lye smell. However, both are equally disgusting:
