Helllloooo, GN! I have been a negligent Gerbil these past several months and I am sorry. I have missed you all even though I didn’t show it. Life has been good and even the winter here in Happy Larryville wasn’t that bad, so I have no excuses.
Netflix, however, is an evil, evil black hole. just sayin’.

Good to see you too, Paddy! and I hope the new year has been much better for you than last year. PMK is well. KFH&BBQ is in the process of being sold. If the contract goes through as planned, our last event will be The Atlanta Poker Club’s Big Tournament (1st prize= a seat at the the World Series of Poker plus expenses ) May 30-31 and we’ll be out June 4. I’m trying to decide what me Next Great Adventure will be.
Hey, everybody (Kate and Rabbit--You’re home!); thank you all for the birfday greetings. MomK and I had a lovely day, with fattening pizza and cake, and target shooting (pellet gun) — where I proved that since the last eye surgery, I no longer have a dominant eye. (Did I ever mention, after that fix my brain took a bit to get used to binocular sight again and everything was both doubled up and had a corona? Yeah, I drove I-85 every day like that. I just aimed for the middle and charged out.)
It was a fun, fun, fun day and I don’t feel a bit over mumphty-een.
Darling Fatwasnookiewoogums felt that my previous message was insufficiently horrifying and BrendaK-like. So, you know, here’s something for everyone! Very BrendaK-like. And horrifying.
