Day Camp has been torn down and packed away (or sent off to another district for their day camp).
Teh Younger was not going to be a counselor at Elementary Camp this year (through our church), but got a call yesterday from the camp director saying they had a last minute cancellation and would he please, please help? So, I’m up early and taking him to camp this morning.
Thanks, guys. She’s doing better than yesterday but is nowhere near back to healthy. We’ll be doing the “you need to get back in to see your doctor” discussion all day.
I read that there is a really good chance of a massive El Nino hitting the west coast this winter. That will be good news for us, but my guess is that we will be having major fires this summer yet, so the wet winter is going to be a bad one-two punch.
On the other hand, Fatwa’s company ought to be doing a major advertising campaign and drumming up business now.
