While not a GoT fan, I appreciate today’s thread pic.
I quite like this video of a KKK rally being mockingly countered by a guy with a sousaphone. As the poster wrote at YouTube: “Sure, you have the right to assemble. We also have the right to add a soundtrack to it.”
Ok, I’m calling it. This poor fetal thread has been aborted. At least it appears to have been by the “less crunchy” method. Don’t cry, we need the tissues for sale.
Well surprise, surprise, surprise: A former Habersham County, GA deputy might actually pay a price for lying her ass off to a judge in order to obtain a no-knock warrant which resulted in a flash-bang literally blowing holes in a 19-month-old child’s face and chest.
Stuff like that is one of the reasons I believe that all public officials -- and municipalities -- should be stripped of immunity and have to purchase liability insurance.
I suspect judges would be a lot more curious before they signed-off on things like no-knock warrants if they had some skin in the game.
Hump Day salutations, GN!

Hai, Jerry!
(Yeah…I denounce myself.)
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation! Now with fewer crunchy bits! And a sound track!
Hai Fatwa and Jerry!
Oh hai, Paddy!

Ex-deputy charged in Habersham raid that injured toddler.
The Sheriff up there is a real piece of work, too.
Well it’s about time! Let’s hope we see some actual justice done.
Yeah, I know. I’m just dreaming.
I’m not holding my breath either, Paddy.

(I, too, am a dreamer.)
