Just got a flash flood alert on my phone; glad we’re supposed to get less than 1″ today, as the ground ’round these parts is already fairly saturated. Not expecting any immediately local problems but I’m glad I did an errand run yesterday.
Also glad the rains ought to be mostly done before I have to leave for the airport tonight.

Mornin’ Greetin’s!
We blew off tending the pool yesterday. Then last night got a call from the listing service that someone is going to look at TMP this morning. We are at the point of not even caring that we don’t have the pool perfect. It looked good when we last saw it. Rain & leaves happen.
