Good morning from miserably windy SoCal. I can’t recall a Santa Ana event of this severity and duration ever in February. It’s been a steady 20-25 mph blow with gusts up to 50 mph for just about a week now with the end at least two days away and temps in the 80’s all week. Humidity is at about 15%.
We’ve had momentary glitches in power and then this morning it went down for about an hour, came up, and then went down again for another hour.

Unlike most SuperBore games, I thought yesterday’s was worth watching for almost the entire game. Both team’s defense did a good job of shutting down the other team, and both offenses struggled. Cam Newton was under constant pressure and was getting hit all night long -- his offensive line just couldn’t protect him. I thought Lady Gaga did a good job with the National Anthem -- the half-time show was just meh.
Good gaaaaaaaah!ravy…it’s yet another fabulous Monday.

Maaaaaan…that really is unusual February weather; wee-yurd. I’m sure the intermittent power outages are a PITA, too.
Hope that SoCal gets more rain in the next 7–10 weeks (after this dry, hot one).
