My house is kinda on the market again. I got a call from a Sotheby’s agent with a buyer who wants my house. This happens every couple of years. Usually they want a deal. They are coming back for a second look with their architect on Tuesday. I will only sell if the price is above market, ’cause that’s just how I am.
