Here’s a toast to long-absent, and much-missed friends!
Stash -- it’s good to “see” you, sir!
I hope you and your family have been well.

I’ve missed you too Sir. I really haven’t been online much for quite a while. I’m hoping to change that up a bit. I’ll have to see how well my energy levels hold.

If I am on and seem to drop out, please believe it’s not the company.

Didn’t mean to appear to ignore you Paddy! Everyone is doing very well although youngest son is struggling a little trying to find a direction. He’s stable, just treading in place mostly.

Dad passed around the time I stopped going online much. Yes, the two related. It’s been difficult.

Heart. Attack.

Don’t do it again Sir. That’s an order.

Thank you. Please give Little Mouse my regards. Talked with Gentle Lady recently?

I realize we’re not being very entertaining for the daywalkers tonight. Maybe one of these nights (soon) we can pull an all-nighter like the old days. The laughs, the puns, the random waft of expelled gasses (not saying who was responsible, for any of it) seemed to generate a few early morning chuckles, after coffee of course.

But not tonight my friend. Rest well and dream of talking kitties.

You saw a bunch of blank space? (Yes, with your super duper admin powers you’ll probably make me look demented for saying that. *sigh*)

Oldest daughter is in a very select Master’s Program for Dance at New York University. She just left for summer break and is spending a couple of months in Korea with relatives before coming back here. Younger daughter is doing much better than I did at her age. Working as an accountant in the Big City. I speak to both of them often, see them as much as they can and still have lives (not enough for me of course), and miss them every minute they’re not at home. I had forbidden them from growing up, but that’s about the only time they’ve gone against my wishes.

And good night to you. Foot stamping is to be avoided.
