Good evening, Flying Blue Glove of Fate, Jerry!!!11!!!, Mac!, and Fatwa!
The work retreat did not suck, was not a waste of time, and most importantly did not include any *%#%@! “team building” exercises. The facilitator cut his teeth working with Zig Ziglar and kept things moving, on-topic, and on time. I was able to make some good connections with the leadership team from our parent management organization and lay the ground work for what should be a good (but very busy) next school year.
